Chairman's Profile

We are nurtured under the hands of Mr. Deepak Pahwa, the Director of Delair India Pvt. Ltd. and also the group chairman of Pahwa Enterprises. He is a fellow ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air conditioning Engineers) and serves the technical committees. Also, he is a life time member of ISHRAE. Mr. Pahwa is also associated with other prestigious organizations as a a Managing Committee Member, PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Past National President, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. His list of achievements boasts of his sharp business acumen and in-depth knowledge.

He was awarded, in 1989, the Entrepreneur of the year award in the small medium enterprise entrepreneur category 1987, a national award presented by the then President of India. The Northern India Refrigeration and Air conditioning Trades Association has honoured Mr. Pahwa with the NIRATA Export Award for the year 2001 for his commitment and significant contribution towards export of Air conditioning and Refrigeration products from India.

Since the threshold of his journey in this business domain, he has promoted the cause of technology innovation and knowledge dissemination. He has also instituted Bry-Air Awards for Excellence in HVAC & R that encourages innovative systems and product designs. Today, Bry-Air awards are completing its sixth year.
